If the stay is 2 weeks a 3% discount applies, if 3 weeks 6% and from 4 weeks 10%.

To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of booking or by credit card.
In case of cancellation according to current regulations, the facility may retain the deposit paid, however for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival this amount can be used for a subsequent
stay within the year. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or no show, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation without further charge.
The balance, including cleaning fees, tourist tax and the €1,000 deposit must be received by bank transfer within 10 days of arrival or by credit card.
It is possible to take out an insurance policy with Allianz.
All bookings are subject to a tourist rental contract.
Expenses related to electricity, water, gas and garbage consumption are included in the rental price. Compulsory final cleaning fees 280 €.
SERVICES ON REQUEST
If additional cleaning service is desired, the cost is 120 € per day. Extra set of sheets, towels and household linen:
– 50 € for 1 or 2 people for 7 days;
– 70 € for 3 or 4 people for 7 days;
